The answer to that question varies on the type of images you are sending to us.
For standard images, a medium sized JPEG is all that’s required.
For twilights, we recommend a RAW file for best results.
For aerial photos, we also recommend a RAW file for best results.
*Please note, if you’re shooting in HDR, we ask that you limit your standard images to medium sized JPEG’s. We’ve done extensive testing over the years and can’t find a perceivable difference between medium JPEG’s and RAW files when editing HDR photos. RAW images are significantly bigger and create bottlenecks for us when downloading, editing, and uploading images.
